Hastings Greer will present the paper “Scoliosis Screening and Monitoring Using Self Contained Ultrasound and Neural Networks.” His co-authors include Samuel Gerber, Matthew McCormick, Deepak Chittajallu, Neal Siekierski, Matthew Oetgen, Kevin Cleary and Stephen Awylward.
Aylward will speak at the session on Imaging for Developing Countries. He will discuss “Computer-augmented Point-of-care Ultrasound Technologies and Applications,” which he co-authored.
Alyward is also a co-author on the paper “Next-generation Ultrasound Imaging for Assessing the Microvascular Fingerprint of Cancer.” It will be presented in the session on Ultrasonic Imaging-Based Tissue Characterization.
The paper “Vectorized persistent homology representations for characterizing glandular architecture in histology images” also discusses the use of image analysis in the detection of cancer. Deepak Chittajallu will present the work, which he completed with Neal Siekierski, Sanghoon Lee, Samuel Gerber, Jonathan Beezley, David Manthey, David Gutman and Lee Cooper.
